Buckinghamshire Business First (BBF) is now holding monthly ‘open door’ sessions at Silverstone Park to provide support in areas such as digital and strategic marketing, lean manufacturing and finance for business occupiers located at the estate.
All occupiers are eligible to take advantage of the sessions, being held on the third Tuesday of each month inside Silverstone Park’s Innovation Centre.
Hosting them is BBF Business Adviser Roger Churchill. The next two are on 25 June and 24 July.
Roger is a former Silverstone Technology Cluster board member and was also MD of global adhesives company Lohmann Technology’s UK arm.
He commented:
“So many businesses, particularly start-ups and SMEs but also larger organisations, look for support.
“For example, a high percentage of them don’t have a clear strategy, certainly not one that is written down or shared effectively internally.
“That, plus understanding finance, can be the most difficult and dangerous areas for a business, especially when in growth mode.
“That is why I’m in the Innovation Centre – to hear from businesses one-to-one and understand where we can possibly provide support.
“BBF host many events across a wide range of subjects suitable for all business sectors.
Business occupiers wishing to meet with Roger to discuss their plans can email him at Roger.Churchill@bbf.uk.com or call him on 07375 019226.
