Silverstone Park’s new Women’s Innovation Network enjoyed a successful launch event that attracted a high-profile panel of women in senior roles within industry.
The event, held inside Silverstone Circuit’s iconic ‘Wing’, drew an inspirational audience who heard the thoughts and experiences of the panel before engaging on a roundtable Q&A session.
Hosted by Helen Neal (CEO, HN Communications), the panel included:

• Dr Cristiana Pace, Founder & CEO, Enovation Consulting
• Susan Robson, CEO, Women’s Engineering Society

Together, they explored topics such as personal journeys in innovation, the power of mentorship, leadership in male-dominated industries, and building a more inclusive future.

WIN aims to strengthen that ecosystem by providing a dedicated platform for women to connect, collaborate and lead.
