Latest 265,000 sq ft industrial development continues to take shape

14 January 2022

Construction of MEPC’s Phase 3 industrial development at Silverstone Park continues apace, with external cladding – including roofing – now being fitted to the four sizeable units which are part of the 265,000 sq ft scheme.

“Our main contractor, Barnwood, and their sub-contractors should be applauded for the excellent progress that has been made despite the recent challenging weather conditions,” commented Chris Kimber-Nickelson, MEPC’s Senior Development Manager.

“The development is of scale and therefore, visibly, very impressive. The scheme remains on course for completion, of the construction phase, at the start of Q2, 2022.”

Two of the four units that are part of the scheme will be the largest yet constructed by MEPC at Silverstone Park since it took over development of the estate in late 2013.

These will be 97,956 sq ft and 90,391 sq ft respectively. CLICK HERE for further details, including full specifications of all four units and to arrange viewings.
