Healthcode Ltd, Kratzer and Motorsport Games were among the latest businesses to locate to office space in Silverstone Park’s Innovation Centre in the first quarter of 2020.
Between them, the three businesses – each with strong international global ties – agreed terms on over 1,000 sq ft of serviced office space in the building which has a history for entrepreneurialism among start-ups and SMEs.
Healthcode’s UK team of developers is now designing new software products for the private healthcare sector from its 262sq ft office.
Its Service Delivery Manager Ahmed Khan commented: “The Innovation Centre at Silverstone Park is a prestigious address for anyone involved in technology.
“The modern, clean offices are geographically well placed to serve a nation-wide customer base and it is a wonderful place to host meetings. All this at very attractive and competitive rates…”
Kratzer (264sq ft) specialises in automation logistics in the automotive sector as well as test systems which will be the focus for its Silverstone Park team.
Uwe Krummenoehler, Member of the Board of Management responsible for the company’s test systems, said: “Silverstone Park was an obvious location for us for several reasons.
“The region has long been a major centre for automobile racing. Important customers from motorsports and automotive development have their development centres in the surrounding area. Also, the location between London and Birmingham is a statement for our future commitment in the UK.”
Meanwhile, Motorsport Games, a leading name in motor racing video game development, is basing its eSports specialist event team at its 536 sq ft office.
All offices in the Innovation Centre are fully serviced, benefiting from superfast broadband, heating and air conditioning, access to kitchen facilities, a professional reception team to welcome visitors and being in a central location.
In addition, they grant access to contemporary meeting rooms and a new agile work space on the Innovation Centre’s ground floor.
