MEPC’s Silverstone Park has expanded its management team to add further value for business occupiers as it enters its latest phase of development.
Ruth Williams, formerly Marketing & Occupier Liaison Officer, has now been appointed Junior Asset Manager.
Chris Kimber-Nickelson re-joins the team as a Senior Development Manager with MEPC.
Both (pictured) will report to MEPC’s Commercial Director at the estate, Roz Bird.
Ruth, who has been part of the Silverstone Park team since January 2014, commented: “I’ll still be involved in the marketing side which I’ve always enjoyed, but the new challenges are exciting: areas such as conducting viewings, working closely with letting agents, getting involved with heads of terms and lease agreements and figures.
“I’m really looking forward to it and I couldn’t have a better mentor than Roz!”
Chris was part of MEPC’s original Silverstone Park team in 2013-14.
He said: “In a nutshell, my role is the delivery of new infrastructure and new accommodation in line with the planning consent that MEPC holds across the site.
“It’s terrific to see how the project has evolved since I was last here and I very much look forward to working with Roz, Ruth and the team as well as new and potential occupiers, the delivery teams and contractors and local authorities.
“It’s immediately ‘full on’ with the imminent start of our new 138,000 sq ft development phase.”
Roz enthused: “These are exciting times at Silverstone Park. We’re starting to make real progress and it’s only right that we have some talented individuals join the team to take forward the vision and deliver an excellent service for our occupiers.”
