Evolve East
Adjacent to the Innovation Centre and close to the Circuit’s main entrance, this six-acre site will house hybrid style industrial units ranging from 7,968 to 24,638 sq ft with offices, double height workshop and loading doors.
In addition, the development will include a nursery for the convenience of occupiers and their employees.
Evolve West
This future phase of development is in a prime location, adjacent to the main entrance to the Silverstone GP Circuit, and comprises four large detached industrial units, ranging from 31,500 sq ft-63,000 sq ft built to shell and core.
