Future developments
The next two phases offer opportunities of a variety of different sized units, a café, gym and nursery.

Phase 4
Adjacent to the Innovation Centre and close to the Circuit’s main entrance, this six-acre site will house hybrid style industrial units ranging from 7,500 sq ft to 25,000 sq ft with offices, double height workshop and loading doors.
A new café will be located in Unit 2150, with outdoor seating area, and a new gym in Unit 2155, with latest equipment, each at 3,751 sq ft. In addition, the development will include a nursery for the convenience of occupiers and their employees.
