Silverstone Park-based Ferrari race car specialist FF Corse has strengthened its ties with the legendary Italian supercar manufacturer having been appointed to help with its UK track activities in 2023.

FF Corse is now supporting the Ferrari Challenge UK motor racing championship’s new Passion Challenge Edition which is designed to introduce those considering participating to the competition as well as support owners looking to enjoy driving their cars on a track.

Events focus on refining driving skills with an ‘against-the-clock’ format providing a competitive element.

FF Corse MD Anthony Cheshire commented:

“We’ve worked with Ferrari for a number of years and run programmes for them in the European Ferrari Challenge, representing the UK dealer network along with their European Club Challenge (on track non-competitive activity), but this is the first time we have worked with them on their UK activity.

“Ferrari is such a strong, legendary brand – the heritage of competing and running on track is what Ferrari pride themselves on, so to be providing our support services is fantastic for us as a business.

“I feel really excited. It’s amazing. We are very privileged to be working with such a famous name so closely now.”

FF Corse employs ten people full-time at its Silverstone Park premises, including technicians and events staff who work on its competition cars, race series and support programmes.

The same premises are also home to Grand Prix Racewear which FF Corse acquired several years ago.

Anthony added:

“We are currently looking for more technicians and more staff generally within the business – we are growing once more and returning to pre-Covid levels.

“For a young person it’s an opportunity to get involved in such a forward thinking and exciting industry – yes, it requires hard work and is not for the faint-hearted, but the rewards can be fantastic.”
