Women’s Innovation Network returns to Silverstone Park – join us on 23 October

News / 9 September, 2025

Following the momentum of the hugely successful launch of the Women’s Innovation Network (WIN) earlier this summer, Silverstone Park is excited to announce the next WIN gathering on Thursday 23 October at the iconic Wing conference venue, Silverstone Circuit.

Building on a Powerfully Collaborative Foundation
Our debut event on 3 June brought together almost 100 women from across industries – from Formula 1 professionals to lawyers, education leaders, hospitality specialists and events organisers.

The day featured a thought-provoking panel, interactive roundtables and a clear sense of shared purpose.

Speakers included Diva Patang (CEO, Diva Group), Alice Ball (Partnerships Manager, Ahead Partnership), Dr Cristiana Pace (Founder & CEO, Enovation Consulting), Susan Robson (CEO, Women’s Engineering Society) and Chantal-Lawren Welch (Marketing Manager, Silverstone Park), with hosting by Helen Neal of HN Communications.

Together they explored leadership journeys, the power of mentorship and how to drive greater inclusion in male-dominated industries.

This launch underlined WIN’s mission: to empower women in engineering, business and innovation by providing connection, visibility and practical tools to thrive.

What to Expect on 23 October
The autumn event promises to build on that foundation with an inspiring and interactive programme:

  • Panel Discussion with inspiring women from across our community (final panel line-up to be announced shortly)
  • Breakout Discussions: Facilitated conversations giving attendees the chance to reflect on their own workplace challenges and shape WIN’s future initiatives
  • Confidence Coaching: A specialist coach in leadership presence and overcoming imposter syndrome will deliver a hands-on workshop, providing practical tools to unlock confidence in business and leadership
  • Launch of the WIN Mentorship & Steering Group: Attendees will be invited to sign up as mentors, mentees or champions, helping drive the network forward

Networking & Collaboration
The day will close with opportunities to connect with peers across Silverstone Park and the wider STC community.

  • Guest Speaker – Tommy’s Charity (TBC)
  • Insightful discussion around pregnancy and parenting in the workplace, exploring barriers and opportunities for change

Why You Should Attend
At its heart, WIN is about more than representation – it’s about connection, visibility, and practical support.

The October event will give you the chance to learn from inspiring voices, collaborate on tackling barriers, and play an active role in shaping the mentorship and support structures of the network.

With even greater numbers expected this time, spaces are limited.
