Enovation Consulting, based at Silverstone Park and led by former F1 engineer Dr Cristiana Pace, has received the 2025 King’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade.
It is the first sports sustainability agency to win the honour, recognising exceptional growth in overseas earnings relative to company size.
Cristiana, previously an engineer in F1 with motorsport’s world governing body the FIA, founded Enovation Consulting in 2018 after completing a PhD on data-driven sustainability in motorsport.
The company has since grown from a start-up to an international ESG consultancy, working across motorsport, football, tennis, sailing and athletics, with clients spanning Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Oceania.
It provides end-to-end solutions, integrating sustainability into business strategies and helping clients achieve ESG goals. Projects include FIA environmental accreditations, ISO certifications, carbon footprint calculations, sustainable communications and climate innovation initiatives.
This summer, Cristiana was also a guest panellist at the launch of Silverstone Park’s growing Women’s Innovation Network that provides a dedicated platform for women to connect, collaborate and lead.
Cristiana said: “Sustainability in sports is often overlooked or seen as a communications exercise. We address it in a robust, innovative and data-driven way that delivers meaningful change.
“Sport can pioneer innovations and inspire generations – it’s a perfect platform to drive cultural shifts and tackle the climate crisis.”
Enovation Consulting’s clients include FIA®, Williams Racing®, World Rally Championship®, AS Roma®, Haas F1 Team®, Nitto ATP Finals®, Lega Serie A®, and European Athletics®.
The company’s agile ‘Formula One mindset’ has driven rapid international growth and global impact.
