Employees of businesses at Silverstone Park received an extra present during the festive period as the estate awarded them much-appreciated prizes and gift vouchers.
Three names were drawn from those who completed the Silverstone Park Annual Survey which asked businesses’ staff for feedback on the future look, feel and workings of the estate.
Each won £100 in John Lewis vouchers, with Silverstone Park also donating £50 to charities of their choice – these were Neuroendocrinecancer.org.uk, Willen Hospice and Braintumourresearch.org
Elsewhere, a separate draw for those registering to take part in the Park’s Car Share scheme was held. Two winners won prizes with the Porsche Experience Centre at Silverstone – one a driving experience, the other a meal for two – with a third also claiming a John Lewis gift voucher.
One of the winners, KW Special Projects’ Gavin Hanks, said:
“I think the car share scheme is a great idea with tangible benefits in terms of reducing total travel costs and reducing emissions.”
Meanwhile, an additional John Lewis voucher also went the way of a winner from those who took part in the Park’s Public Art Survey.
Silverstone Park-appointed Travel Advisor and Behavioural Change Specialist Veronica Reynolds commented:
“We really appreciate people taking their time to complete the surveys.
Occupier satisfaction and convenience are priorities for us and the feedback from occupiers is invaluable.
“It has provided us with just the sort of data we need to build up a picture about people’s thoughts and movements to help us to plan better transport links to Silverstone Park.”
