MEPC has confirmed the return of popular fitness wellbeing clubs and an informal networking lunch event for business occupiers at Silverstone Park.

Later this month, both yoga and boot camp sessions will resume after running them was disrupted by the Covid situation.

Yoga will take place each Tuesday (13:00-14:00) inside the Silverstone Park Innovation Centre.

Boot camp will run every Thursday from 17:30 in the Silverstone Park grounds.

In addition, businesses and their staff have been invited by MEPC to an occupier lunch on Tuesday 5 April.

Ruth Williams, Junior Asset Manager for MEPC, said: “After managing to hold a couple of events towards the end of 2021, it’s great to start bringing people together again on a more regular basis.

“Arranging these events for our valued occupiers is something we really enjoy as they support businesses by helping them to attract, motivate and retain staff, as well as enabling them to network with their neighbours on the park.

“We continue to be mindful of the Covid situation and ensuring that relevant measures are put in place for each event.”

In November 2021, as Covid regulations started to relax, MEPC was able to invite 120 people from business at Silverstone Park for a socially distanced tour of the neighbouring Silverstone Interactive Museum.

In December, it also handed out 150 free tickets for the Silverstone Grand Prix Circuit’s ‘Lap of Lights’ Christmas laser display.

On-going at Silverstone Park for occupiers are regular visits by a variety of food outlets ranging from wood-fire pizzas, fish and chips and organic super foods that help reduce single-use plastic waste.

STOP PRESS: MEPC has confirmed that starting in March occupiers will also have a further lunchtime option with a visiting Gurkha street food stall.
